College graduate of Emporia State University in Emporia, Kansas where my collegiate coaching career started. After graduating, I was offered a head strength and conditioning job with the men’s basketball team. While coaching I also worked skill development with guards. Following my time at ESU, I started working as an assistant strength and conditioning coach for football, and track at the University of Kansas for 2 seasons before moving back to Austin.
Upon my return to Austin, I started personal training and working 1 on 1 with high school, and middle school aged players across multiple sports.
Along my coaching career I’ve strength trained, and taught athletes that are currently playing both football, and basketball collegiately and professional in the US and other countries.
